This Privacy Policy describes how IDACS BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PRIVATE LIMITED (“I-DACS Labs”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through i-dacs.com and in connection with the W.A.G.E.S. platform. We collect as little as possible and use it only to work with you.

We collect information you choose to share with us: your name, email address, organisation and message when you contact us, and scheduling details when you book a briefing. Our website does not require an account and does not collect personal information in the background. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct briefings, provide and improve the W.A.G.E.S. platform and our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
Scheduling is provided by Calendly and is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy when you book a meeting. Our engineering blog is hosted on Substack. The website is served through a global hosting and CDN provider. Each of these processes only the data needed to provide its service.
Cookies & Tracking
i-dacs.com does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded third-party services (such as the Calendly scheduler) may set their own cookies when you interact with them, under their own policies.
Security & Retention
We protect data in transit with encryption and restrict access to personal information to those who need it to respond to you. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was shared, or as required by law. Platform telemetry belonging to W.A.G.E.S. customers is governed by the customer agreement, not this website policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of India; users in the UK and EU also have the rights provided by applicable data-protection law (including UK GDPR).
