Refund & Cancellation Policy

IDACS BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Below are the details of our refund and cancellation procedures for W.A.G.E.S. platform services, hardware components, and related offerings.
Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be raised as early as possible — ideally before hardware has been dispatched or platform provisioning has begun. Once edge devices have been shipped, or a W.A.G.E.S. subscription environment has been provisioned and configured for your site, the cancellation request may not be entertained. Contact our team at the earliest to ensure timely processing.
Non-Cancellable Items
Custom-configured IoT hardware — including sensors, edge gateways and controllers that have been calibrated or flashed for a specific deployment environment — cannot be cancelled once configuration has begun. For standard off-the-shelf components, a refund or replacement can be arranged if the customer demonstrates that the delivered product does not meet the agreed specification.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive hardware that is damaged in transit or is found to be defective on inspection, report it to our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. If the delivered product does not match the agreed specifications or purchase order, notify our team within 7 days so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
Manufacturer Warranty
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly. For W.A.G.E.S. proprietary hardware (sensors, edge devices, and controllers), our support team will assist with warranty claims and coordinate with manufacturers on your behalf.
Refund Processing
In case of any refunds approved by IDACS BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PRIVATE LIMITED, it'll take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
